SPN ROSTERS:

Team waiver/roster form must be completed on line by all SPN members for insurance purposes. Players should complete on line membership before they begin playing and be an ACTIVE member of SPN. Paper waiver forms will no longer be required with the new online registration for members.

REMINDER:  Members should only ever have 1 SPN profile that they use for EVERYTHING they do in SPN and they USE THAT SAME PROFILE EVERY YEAR.
